Bring a big appetite for Mikiya, where the name of the game is all-you-can-eat wagyu shabu, or Japanese-style hot pot. For under $100 per person, diners are served platters of wagyu brisket, ribeye, and prized cuts of A5 wagyu to dip in a variety of spicy, savory broths. The restaurant, slated to open in Boston’s Chinatown, will be the first East Coast location for Mikiya, which has four restaurants in California and Las Vegas.
