Chubby Don is a modern Japanese dining concept specializing in charcoal-grilled hamburger patty bowls and kushiyaki skewers, bringing the craftsmanship and hospitality of Japan’s counter-style dining culture to the United States.

At the center of the Chubby Don experience is our signature hamburger patty, prepared daily using a proprietary blend of USDA Prime Angus beef and Japanese A5 Wagyu. Carefully selected ingredients, precise preparation, and charcoal grilling techniques create a balanced expression of flavor, texture, and quality.

Guests can enjoy an open kitchen experience where each order is prepared fresh in front of them by our culinary team. Every meal is served with premium Yumepirika rice and a U.S. certified pasteurized egg, reflecting our commitment to quality ingredients and thoughtful execution.
