A new restaurant named Chubby Cattle will open in late summer 2026 at the location that had been occupied by Harley-Davidson in the village’s entertainment district, Mayor Brad Stephens announced last Thursday at a Rosemont Chamber of Commerce luncheon at the Westin Hotel.

Stephens also said that the Chicago Wolves professional hockey team will occupy space on the building’s second floor to serve as its headquarters. The Wolves play all their home games at Rosemont’s Allstate Arena.

Chubby Cattle provides diners meals of the finest Japanese and Australian Wagyu Beef with a selection of seafood from shrimp to scallops as well as unlimited sushi options.

Four Chubby Cattle restaurants in Los Angeles and six others operate throughout the country.

The building, which is part of Parkway Bank Park entertainment district, is owned by the village. Construction work on both building levels will be done at the same time.

During Stephens’ talk to chamber members, he jokingly said that Chubby Cattle will be located across from Fat Rosie’s restaurant in the entertainment district.
