The first Bay Area outpost of a Southern California chain, Mikiya Wagyu Shabu House offers various kinds of unlimited premium meats ($55, $78 or $98 per person for 90 minutes). Diners cook thin slices of marbled A5 chuck rib eye and brisket in their pick of bubbling broths at the tables.
