PHOENIX — Chubby Skewers is bringing its northeastern Chinese barbecue to Arizona for the first time with a Mesa location set to open at the end of May.
The late-night eatery will operate from 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. daily on the southeast corner of Guadalupe and Dobson roads.
