If we’re not in a millionaire mood, we prefer the Silver Wagyu Set, where $55 gets you plenty. Appetizers like rich and buttery roasted bone marrow or truffle-infused wagyu tartare kick things off with a bang. Then you get unlimited cuts of tender brisket, marbled and flavorful beef shoulder, and an even more decadent chuck ribeye (are we even chewing at this point?).
